We are currently seeking a highly motivated YouTube Consultant / Video SEO Consultant to join our Customer Success team. As a YouTube consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve our clients YouTube Channels, maintaining and building strong relationships with them, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

You will aid by providing hands-on support regarding YouTube growth, video marketing, and video production.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and bring experience in managing and optimizing YouTube channels.

Tasks

• Prepare and take part in client workshops.
• Prepare performance reports for your clients.
• Operate closely with the Sales and Product teams.
• Manage your own accounts, consulting and guiding them towards YouTube success.
• Exhibit good analytical skills and an agile approach.
• Demonstrate good content writing skills.

Requirements

• Love for YouTube and video.
• Having your own YouTube channel is a huge plus.
• Fluent in English and German is a must-have (every other language is a plus).
• Confident, customer-focused approach both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bonus if previous experiences include:

• First experience in SEO, online marketing, video production, or consulting.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Experience in video production.
• Working in an agency.
• Working in a SaaS start-up.
