• Maintain the register of Polish securities in compliance with KDPW regulations. Reconcile data (transactions/balances) between XTB’s record‑keeping system (Arise MBO) and the market. Identify and resolve discrepancies and supervise the correct handling of corporate actions (e.g., dividend payments). Handle securities transfers between XTB and other institutions. Develop and automate operational processes. Create dedicated IT tools to support operations. Contribute to the development of XTB’s record‑keeping system (Arise MBO) – prepare requirements, testing, and implementation. Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Taxes, Data Warehouse, Risk, and Legal departments.
