Responsibilities:

1. Develop dynamic processes on the Xceptor and/or Appian platforms
2. Collaborate with the team to implement Agile development practices
3. Assist process owners in gathering and refining requirements for efficient development
4. Analyze, scale, and standardize complex processes to enhance operational efficiency
5. Ensure the smooth integration of Xceptor and/or Appian solutions with existing systems

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in dynamic process development on Xceptor and/or Appian platforms
2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and optimize complex processes
4. Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, VisualBasic, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
6. Preferred experience or familiarity with Xceptor and Appian platforms
