A leading offshore wind developer is seeking an experienced WTG Package Specialist to support the delivery of a large-scale offshore wind project. This is a key role driving TSA execution, package strategy, and change management across a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage all WTG change requests, strategy inputs and risk items.
• Support day‐to‐day execution of the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA).
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, regulatory and interface teams.
• Track and control budget, schedule and quality for the WTG Package.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in offshore wind, ideally within an EPCI environment.
• Strong commercial, contractual or change‑management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder, negotiation and communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
