WPP Media invites you to join as SEM Manager where you will be a key player in the Activation Team, driving search‑engine marketing for a global portfolio of media brands. You will combine strategic planning, performance optimisation, and people leadership to deliver measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and coordinate SEM campaigns for our clients, ensuring consistent success across all search‑engine platforms.
- Support the team in building PPC strategy, presence in the Google ecosystem, and other world‑wide search engines.
- Manage processes, budgets, costs, and reporting to deliver transparent results.
- Maintain strong client relationships, internal collaboration, and engagement with suppliers and partners.
- Develop the specialist team, nurturing their tool proficiency and competency growth.
- Build a collaborative atmosphere, clear communication, and mutual support—also with individuals who do not report directly to you.
- Collaborate with other SEM managers within our specialist team.
- Drive change, set clear priorities, and help people focus their energy on the areas that deliver the greatest effect.
Qualifications
- Experience in SEM campaigns, especially in e‑commerce environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong performance marketing skill set, including strategic thinking and execution.
- Managerial maturity: motivating, communicating, building relationships, and supporting people in growth.
- Openness to new AI‑driven solutions and to evolving media ecosystems.
- Excel proficiency and data presentation skills (PowerPoint); comfortable with public speaking.
- Strong communication in Polish and English.
- Ability to plan and meet deadlines.
