Workspace Engineer (Printing & office tools) with French

We are looking for a skilled Workplace Engineer to join our IT team. The Workplace Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-user computing environments, including desktop and mobile devices, collaboration tools, and software deployment. You will ensure that employees have access to the right tools and technologies to optimize productivity and work efficiency, both in-office and remotely.

YOUR TASKS

• Administration of printing servers such as Watchdoc, Windows Print Server, as well as document editing and scanning.
• Administration of Office toolset (SCCM, patchMyPC, Cloud CMG, Microsoft EDR).
• Tracking updates and new software installations.
• Definition and maintaining the catalog of standard office solutions.
• Configuration and update of office tools.
• Monitoring updates and definition of update policies.
• Monitoring new software installations, definition of software catalogue and processes related to software.
• Managing Microsoft Security and EDR Portal for vulnerability monitoring.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
• Knowledge of printing solutions such as Watchdoc, Windows Print Server.
• Experience with Office toolset (SCCM, patchMyPC, Cloud CMG, Microsoft EDR).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security and EDR Portal.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex end-user computing issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent in French and English.
