The opportunity:

What you’ll get to do:

Office Administration & Communication:

  • Manage incoming calls and messages.
  • Greeting and direct visitors.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and set up equipment.
  • Oversee and manage our office supply inventory, including the procurement of necessary items.
  • Proactive Problem Solving.
  • Reliable Office & Employee Support.

Team & Facilities Support:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the team.
  • Perform facilities and safety tasks.
  • Assist with team support.

Event Assistance:

  • Oversee small‑scale projects related to workplace improvements and internal employee branding initiatives.

General Support:

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

What you should have:

Availability:

  • Ability to work 30–40 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
  • Availability to work on site in our Katowice office.

Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist/assistant or as a project team member (for events).
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and assertiveness.
  • Adept at handling multiple requests from various individuals and departments.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (at least B2).
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
