We are seeking experienced Level 2 and Level 3 Workplace Engineers to provide end-user support and ensure operational excellence for a multinational environment. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining workplace infrastructure, including Office 365, Windows laptop patching, account provisioning and printing support.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice (hybrid or remote)

Responsibilities:

• Perform systems design, software integration, installation, decommissioning and IT operations

• Monitor and manage Windows laptops (hardware and software) to ensure performance, security and user satisfaction

• Conduct acceptance testing, respond to user feedback and optimize user experience

• Support internal communications, including creation and delivery of electronic messaging across the organization

• Provide remote support to end users

• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and external service providers to maintain system stability and implement enhancements

• Address findings from technical and security audits and ensure compliance with IT policies

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (B2 levels)

• Experience monitoring Windows workstations via a Content Management System (CMS)

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting

• Solid understanding of Windows Workstation environments, particularly in Office 365/M365 applications

• Strong problem-solving skills in desktop support and application-related issues

• Hands-on experience in Windows system administration, service configuration, networking, and basic database understanding
