We are seeking experienced Level 2 and Level 3 Workplace Engineers to provide end-user support and ensure operational excellence for a multinational environment. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining workplace infrastructure, including Office 365, Windows laptop patching, account provisioning and printing support.

responsibilities :
Perform systems design, software integration, installation, decommissioning and IT operations
Monitor and manage Windows laptops (hardware and software) to ensure performance, security and user satisfaction
Conduct acceptance testing, respond to user feedback and optimize user experience
Support internal communications, including creation and delivery of electronic messaging across the organization
Provide remote support to end users
Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and external service providers to maintain system stability and implement enhancements
Address findings from technical and security audits and ensure compliance with IT policies
requirements-expected :
Fluency in German and English (B2 levels)
Experience monitoring Windows workstations via a Content Management System (CMS)
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of Windows Workstation environments, particularly in Office 365/M365 applications
Strong problem-solving skills in desktop support and application-related issues
Hands-on experience in Windows system administration, service configuration, networking, and basic database understanding
