We are looking a talented, French- speaking Workplace Engineer o join our international Client from IT industry. As a Workplace Engineer with French, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Microsoft 365 environment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our collaboration tools and services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams Online
• Deploy patches and updates to the production environment
• Assess the applicability of software updates and review individual updates before deployment
• Coordinate driver updates with Wintel Support
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams Online
• Knowledge of Windows Server and driver management
• Excellent French and English language skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skill
