Workplace Engineer (Remote Access) with French

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Workplace Engineer to join our IT team. The Workplace Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-user computing environments, including desktop and mobile devices, collaboration tools, and software deployment. You will ensure that employees have access to the right tools and technologies to optimize productivity and work efficiency, both in-office and remotely.

YOUR TASKS

1. Implement and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Remote Desktop).
2. Automate tasks related to user provisioning, software installation, and updates using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
3. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated issues related to end-user computing environments.

YOUR PROFILE

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
2. Knowledge of virtual desktop solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon).
3. Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation of routine tasks.
4. Fluent in French and English.
