Obowiązki

• providing L2 and L3 workplace support across areas such as O365, Windows laptop patching, account provisioning, and printing support,
• designing systems, integrating software, and managing system installations and decommissioning,
• monitoring laptop hardware and software performance, conducting acceptance testing, and responding to user feedback to ensure optimal user experience,
• supporting the creation and distribution of electronic communications within and outside the client organization,
• delivering remote workstation support via remote access tools,
• coordinating daily operations with cross-functional technical teams and service providers to maintain system stability and drive continuous improvement,
• addressing and resolving issues identified during technical and security audits.

Wymagania

• experience in monitoring Windows workstations (laptops) using a content management system,
• proficiency in system scripting with Microsoft Windows PowerShell,
• strong troubleshooting skills for Windows workstation environments, particularly from an application perspective (e.g. O365, M365),
• hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM management,
• solid understanding of system administration, service configuration on Microsoft Windows, databases, and networks,
• ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across system and application layers,
• fluency in both English and German is required.
