We are looking for a Workplace Data Analyst to join a global Workplace Data Analytics POD, supporting a large-scale workplace transformation programme. This is a technical role at the intersection of data analytics and data engineering, with a strong focus on automation, data pipelines, and cloud-based analytics.
You will work as part of a distributed international team (Europe-based), delivering high-quality, clean, and reliable workplace data that enables better decision-making across global corporate real estate and workplace operations.
responsibilities :
Collect, integrate, and analyze large workplace datasets (attendance, swipe card, occupancy, real estate data).
Design and maintain data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, scheduling, and automation.
Work with cloud-based data platforms, primarily Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), to create datasets, tables, and automated workflows.
Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and API integrations.
Write and optimize SQL queries for joining, filtering, aggregating, and transforming data.
Support analytics and reporting needs by preparing data for Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards.
Collaborate with global workplace and real estate teams to translate data into actionable insights.
requirements-expected :
Strong experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP, alternatively AWS or Azure).
Very good knowledge of BigQuery (datasets, scheduled queries, data transfers, notebooks).
Solid Python skills for scripting, automation, and API-based data extraction.
