responsibilities :
Managing virtualized environment based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies
Troubleshooting, maintenance and operational support for the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment, including VDI infrastructure
Performing common activities like incident management, service request management and change management
requirements-expected :
Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure – working knowledge about Delivery Controller, StoreFront, user profile management (UPM, FSLogix), Citrix policies
Deep knowledge about Virtual Desktops troubleshooting
Experience with Citrix delivery methods: MCS, PVS, Manual provisioning
Experience with Citrix Studio and Citrix Director
Knowledge of Citrix WEM
Strong Windows Desktop skills
Windows Server management
Active Directory and GPO management
Basic networking knowledge
PowerShell scripting
Eager to take the initiative, working independently
Possessing strong technical and communication abilities
