• Manage and maintain virtualized environments built on Citrix and Microsoft technologies
• Provide operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including VDI infrastructure
• Perform daily support activities, including incident resolution, service requests, and change management tasks

• Solid hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure (Desktop Delivery Controller, StoreFront, profile management, Citrix policies)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for virtual desktop environments
• Proficiency in Windows desktop and server environments
• Experience managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Understanding of basic networking concepts
• Scripting skills with PowerShell
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
