Workplace Automation Engineer

Your duties:

  • Provides expertise to the design, planning, implementation, operation, and security of client systems
  • Serves as technical expert for complex systems and identifies solutions to system/service interruption issues
  • Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system
  • Evaluate, plan and integrate technical Windows Client automation solutions
  • Ensure the security of the Windows Client platform
  • Analyze errors in systems and define corrective measures
  • Design and engineer complex Windows Group Policy solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and others on best practices for implementation of technical solutions
  • Document and update automation processes, procedures, and standards.

 

Our requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support in large organizations
  • Experience in MS Intune, O365 & Exchange online
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, and Microsoft Applications; and an in-depth ability and understanding of Windows 10 & 11 registry, services, drivers, file systems, etc is required
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Group policy as applied to workstations
  • Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting windows client related issues.
  • Sound knowledge of Client Desktop Hardware
  • Sound programming and development experience in PowerShell 
  • Previous experience working in complex infrastructure projects
  • Hands-on experience of Windows infrastructure support tools
  • Self-motivated to improve knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communications and documentation skills
  • Excellent Englisch written and verbal skills
