responsibilities :
Being the SME for software packaging for our Client
Being the point of contact for the client in software packaging
Team Leading
Performing software packaging to ensure proper updates on endpoint devices (workstations & mobile phones)
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
Troubleshooting in case of incidents
Checking and testing patches incl. software packaging
requirements-expected :
Software packaging knowledge
Patching experience for MS Windows for workstations (Laptops) and mobile devices (iPhones)
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
English and German language is must have
