responsibilities :
Configure, deploy, and maintain MDM solutions
Manage mobile device policies, profiles, and compliance settings
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices and AirWatch platform issues or Intune
Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices and security standards
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to MDM.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience with Intune, AirWatch or Jamf administration and configuration .
Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) principles and practices
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
