Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain MDM solutions
• Manage mobile device policies, profiles, and compliance settings
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices and AirWatch or Intune platform issues
• Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices and security standards
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to MDM

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Intune, AirWatch or Jamf administration and configuration
• Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) principles and practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• PowerShell or Bash scripting
• Relevant certifications are a plus
