Our requirements:

• Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
• Interest and experience in standard PC environment
• Experience in working in Windows 10
• Understanding for PC hardware, how it connects and operates
• Service-minded with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable to work in MS Outlook, Excel and Word
• Well-structured and interested in learning, understanding and improving internal processes
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and computer network set will be an advantage

,[Managing stock of company PCs/accessories/mobile phones. Assist with disposal of the old hardware., Troubleshoot hardware issues, PCs reinstallation., Support office printers. , Support audio-video equipment in conference rooms. , Prepare workplaces for new employees (PCs, monitors, docking stations, cables etc.). , Support network troubleshooting between ISP and company network department. , Create incidents/service request to company support teams. Requirements: Windows, MS Outlook, Excel, Active Directory
