Role
As the number of CS agents continues to grow, the CS Team is seeking a Workforce Manager to effectively handle the rising volume of second-line escalations. This is an on-site position from the Warsaw office!
Responsibilities
- Providing support by email and Live chats;
- Processing with great attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients- needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
