Your tasks

  • analyse call volume patterns and historical data to forecast staffing requirements and schedule adherence
  • monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust staffing levels and schedules as needed to meet service level targets
  • collaborate with leadership to develop staffing plans and strategies to support business objectives
  • maintain and update workforce management systems to accurately reflect staffing schedules and availability
  • generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
