Introduction: Are you ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional data administration support to employees, line managers, and the HR community across Poland and Germany? As the Workforce Data Services Lead, you will report to the Regional Workforce Data Associate Director and be responsible for implementing the regional strategy to enhance self‑service data administration and adapt the Global HR Data Standards.
In this role, you will manage and develop the team responsible for HR operations, ensuring consistent service delivery, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement across supported markets. You will own in‑country Workday HR data and employee records, safeguarding accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in line with Global/Regional Data Standards and applicable privacy and security requirements. You will supervise the end‑to‑end preparation and issuance of employment documents across markets—such as contracts, addenda, and employment letters—ensuring compliance with local legislation, corporate policies, and audit readiness. You will establish and monitor robust data quality controls, conduct periodic audits and reconciliations, and identify, track, and resolve data defects in partnership with HR Operations, Payroll, and Workday/Product teams, driving sustainable root‑cause remediation.
