Responsibilities

Currently, for our Client in the payment industry, we are looking for a Workforce & Operations Coordinator:

Project: managing and optimizing the ADM (Application Development Maintenance) lifecycle + compliance, governance, reporting

Project Duration: long-term

Technology Stack: Fieldglass, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Outlook, Excel

Work Mode: hybrid (3 days per week from the Warsaw office)

Salary: 8900 – 9200 gross (contract of employment)

Collaboration Model: Contract with Neontri (service outsourcing)

Recruitment Process

It consists of 2 stages:

  • A brief (approximately 20-minute) phone interview with our HR department.
  • An online talk with the Client (approximately 1 hour). There will be questions about your experience and technical knowledge during this conversation.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in project/program coordination
  • experience with vendor management systems such as Fieldglass (preferred), Beeline, Workday etc.
  • experience in requisition creation, SOW management, and candidate onboarding workflows
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies, automation tools, and workflow redesign
  • Familiarity with AvePoint and SharePoint governance platforms for documentation and access control.
  • Knowledge of rate card enforcement, tenure policies, and worker classification standards.
  • Fluent in Polish and English
