About the project

We are looking for a Workflow Transformation Manager to join one of our projects in the financial domain. You will be part of one of the units that is creating a new technology ecosystem spanning the entire organization. Your responsibilities

Oversee the rollout of the Workflow platform (WEBCON) across the organization
Collaborate with the Product Owner, Chapter Lead, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Track project progres and identify risks
Establish and maintain governance frameworks for the workflow solution
Ensuring continuous business operations and service stability

Our requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in workflow transformation or platform implementation
Proven involvement in at least one major Workflow platform deployment, ideally WEBCON
Solid understanding of workflow systems, governance models, and risk management
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in an international environment
Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Readiness to work from the office in Wrocław when needed, and readiness to travel for business to international locations
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
