responsibilities :
Provide module specific solutions, support and troubleshooting
Implement updates and new features
Ensure new HR and business opportunities from a system perspective
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement opportunities for improvements
Drive operational excellence through development, harmonization and implementation of automation and technology solutions
Update HR Portal as area owner for global process to ensure end users receive accurate instructions
Communicates and ensures guidance to internal stakeholders and end users in all countries
Lead HR projects focused on operational efficiency and process improvement as an Area Expert
Act as a change management partner for new and updated processes
Support projects, such as defining the internal HR Operational model or HR Service Catalogue design
requirements-expected :
Expertise in Workday HCM, Talent Management and Recruitment modules
Experience in any other Workday modules will be beneficial
Experience with configuration and customization of Workday processes
Problem solving and analytical skills – the ability to identify issues, analyze solutions and implement fixes
Independent and self-driven with the ability to create structure and routine
Continuous learning, curiosity and accountability
Ability to manage and deliver projects
Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members and end-users
