What You Will Be Doing

• Global System Administration: Design, configure, and maintain the Workday HCM system to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Technical Support: Act as a trusted advisor to HR users, resolving Workday‑related queries and managing service requests and enhancements.
• Process & Configuration Enhancements: Collaborate on planning, solutioning, and testing of process improvements and new functionalities.
• Project Participation: Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving system capabilities and user satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Share best practices and help evolve the team’s ways of working across the organization.

What You Need To Succeed

• Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, or Integrations.
• Bonus skills:
• Configuration experience with Talent & Performance modules.
• Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Security maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Independent, proactive, and action‑oriented mindset.
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a global matrix organization.
