Expected salary for this position: 9 600 – 20 000 PLN

We are looking for you, if you:

• have ability to resolve issues on Workday HCM & Security
• must have Workday Security Certificate or equivalent (essential for the role)
• have experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration
• have ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects
• actively seek for improvements & innovations
• have ability to pay strong attention to detail
• have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients
• have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
• you have experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday Security
• experience in optimizing Workday Security processes
• Workday Reporting experience
• HR functional experience
• cross functional knowledge with other modules of Workday

Your responsibilities:

• develop skills to become a subject matter expert in Workday Security and be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives
• perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday Security
• manage the Production and establish a well‑controlled systems environment
• provide end‑user support, change management and issue resolution
