Qualifications
- Ability to resolve issues on Workday HCM & Security.
- Workday Security Certificate or equivalent (essential).
- Experience providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements, performing system design & configuration.
- Experience working effectively in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple projects.
- Actively seek improvements & innovations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients.
- Full professional fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Experience participating in Workday delivery & support focusing on Workday Security.
- Experience optimizing Workday Security processes.
- Workday Reporting experience.
- HR functional experience.
- Cross‑functional knowledge of other Workday modules.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills to become a subject matter expert in Workday Security and be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives.
- Perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday Security.
- Manage production and establish a well‑controlled systems environment.
- Provide end‑user support, change management and issue resolution.
