For our client who is a world leader in pharmaceuticals and consumer health, we are looking for a Workday Program Manager who will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Reporting and PRISM solutions through the project phases. Also, will ensure that the deliverables are of high-quality timelines.

Responsibilities include driving the technical design sessions with the client stakeholders and vendors at respective phases to ensure the E2E solution is built.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Solving and building Workday Reports and PRISM;

• Responsible for continued support for the design and configuration of the reporting and PRISM area;

• Responsible for identifying the risk, and providing deliverables’ updates;

• Responsible for coordination with other functional streams to cover all touchpoints;

• Responsible for optimizing reporting and PRISM functionality and process design to meet the changing needs of the business and ensure a consumer–like end-user experience;

• Accountable for assessing and managing dependencies (activities, milestones, resources) across an Analytic environment;
