About the Role
Our instructors are outstanding ambassadors of Workday, mastering technology and bridging the learning gap for users. They are specialists in adopting innovation and teaching complex concepts in simple ways.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Complete Workday Training as required for the role within a given Product Area.
- Lead full‑day training sessions in English to audiences that include customers, partners, and workmates.
- Present complex topics in a simplified manner to facilitate student learning.
- Exercise outstanding problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills while working through classroom challenges.
- Use dynamic presentation skills in virtual or onsite training to engage your students and enhance their learning experience.
- Stay current on software and product updates; use self‑learning resources to quickly become proficient in new product features and functionality.
- Perform all administrative tasks associated with each class delivery.
- Build relationships with Workmates across teams to share standard methodologies, drive innovation, and meet goals.
- Ensure student satisfaction by maintaining course evaluation benchmarks.
About You
You are a dynamic individual with a strong passion for training and helping others connect technical concepts to practical applications. You are curious about how things work, skilled at simplifying complex information, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and find joy in teaching others using virtual training technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced / professional communication in English.
- 2+ years experience working with enterprise HCM applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP.
- Business fluency in English.
Additional Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work without direct supervision.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly adaptable, and effective in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
- Able to present full‑day, virtual training sessions to groups of approximately 20 people using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Able to navigate multiple classroom technologies, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment.
- 2+ years experience delivering training, or implementing full‑scale ERP deployments.
