What youll be doing:

The role of People Technology Operations Analyst is to support in the day to day running of the People Technology systems across your region for all Natura &Co Group Brands. The role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, maintaining systems security and general management and upkeep of system configuration within our core HR system Workday and other relevant people systems ie. T&A, Workforce Management, etc.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for day to day running of relevant People Technology Systems and to be initial liaison with software provider as system administrator/expert.
  2. Responsible for implementing global best practice improvements across the supported People Technology Systems.
  3. Provide tier 1 or 2 support on Workday system queries within your remit and region.
  4. To maintain appropriate access levels for system users in line with SOX and GDPR requirements.
  5. Provide functional config support delivery of People Technology projects and development.
  6. Deliver functional changes to Global HR policy/process within the solutions.
  7. Responsible for the integration and accurate data-flow between other non-HR global platforms and core HR platforms.
  8. Responsible for review, prioritisation, and resolution, or escalation if required, of all system incidents raised.
  9. Deliver HR user training within the region within remit.
  10. Updates Workday configuration documents and create unit test scripts.

Our requirements:

  1. Strong experience in Workday configuration and overall system knowledge.
  2. Experience of HR processes and working within an HR function is desired.
  3. Customer service and strong ability to anticipate and understand customer needs.
  4. Passionate about the potential of technology within HR, keeps abreast of market developments, new tools, approaches, vendors.
  5. Demonstrable experience in end-to-end HR transformation.
  6. Deep technical and functional knowledge of HR/HRIS Systems.
  7. Understanding of HR strategies and policies.
  8. Fluent English.
