The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations with a strong focus on Adaptive Integrations and Global Time Tracking. Daily duties include working closely with client stakeholders such as the Business As Usual (BAU) team, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration solutions that meet business requirements.

Developing and maintaining Workday integrations including PECI, PICOF, and API-based developments.
Providing technical architecture solutions for client requirements including Single Sign-On (SSO).
Conducting system integration testing; managing data integration processes; and proactively identifying and reporting any blockers to delivery leadership to ensure timely resolution.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Workday Integration development.
Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations.
Strong knowledge and experience with Workday Global Time Tracking.
Expertise in Integration Architecture Implementation, System Integration Testing, and Data Management and Integration.
Hands-on experience with PECI, PICOF, and API-based Workday integration development.
Ability to work effectively in complex technical environments.
Experience liaising with diverse client stakeholders including BAU teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and external vendors.
Technical architecture skills for Workday solutions, including familiarity with SSO implementations.
Proven ability to identify and escalate delivery blockers appropriately.
Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
