**What the People Systems Administrator does at Worldwide**As a member of the global People Strategy + Culture (PSC) team, the People System Administrator will perform a variety of system tasks, with focus on providing excellent systems service and operational support to teams remotely based around the world. The People System Administrator will be part of the wider PSC team and focus on supporting the day to day system administration tasks in Workday and other People Systems. The People System Administrator will also provide first line support for systems queries and work with other members of the PSC team to help drive operational excellence across the PSC function through technologys. Work with end users to troubleshoot issues, and provide 1st Line Support for systems queries.Support governance of people related data within systems and undertake data cleansing tasks. **What you will bring to the role** Analytical and problem solving skills to respond to requested changes and identify system configurations.Ability to focus on customer needs and requirements to determine solutions.Strong interpersonal skills - can communicate effectively and build effective relationships. Personal accountability and ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and work without supervision to complete tasks. **Your experience** Workday Administration experience; other HR Systems experience Bachelors degree in human resources management, business, or a related field; or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field
