Minimum Qualifications:

1. Ability to resolve issues on Workday HCM.
2. Experience in providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements, and performing system design and configuration.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
4. Actively seek improvements and innovations.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients.
7. Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
8. Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification (preferable in HCM).
9. Experience in participating in Workday delivery and support with a focus on Workday HCM module.
10. Experience in optimizing Workday HCM module processes.
11. HR functional experience.
12. Experience in preparing and executing EIB loads.
13. Cross-functional knowledge with other modules of Workday.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Develop skills to become a subject matter expert in Workday HCM and be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives.
2. Perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday HCM module including EIB loads.
3. Manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment.
4. Provide end-user support, change management, and issue resolution.
