Drive and manage efficiency and accuracy of Workday Payroll Module for UK. As a member of the TechPayroll team be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and maintenance according to company policiesand Workday procedures.

Oczekujemy

• 3 or more years of experience in Workday Payroll Modulemaintenance
• experience working in SOC environment
• focused on solution thinking and agile in learning new systems and processes that span software andhardware
• motivated and interested in learning new technologies
• the ability to clearly write technical documentation

Zadania

• keep maintenance of already customized and configured the Payroll Module to meet theorganization’s specific payroll requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company
  policies
• analyze payroll related system configuration based on payroll team queries, identify discrepancies,and work on resolving issues in cooperation with other Workday product owners
• introduce system changes including Workday releases by testing and validating new payroll features
• troubleshoot and resolve Workday Payroll Module related problems, working closely with UK payrollteam and cross-functional teams
• maintain detailed documentation of payroll module configurations for future reference
• identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancements, and automation within the payrollmodule to streamline operations
