About The Role

We are looking for a talented Workday Financials Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting clients during their transition to Workday Financials. We need someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, has solid experience in Workday Financials, and is eager to contribute to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Become a Workday Financials expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation (C2C/O2C expertise).
  • Recommend the best solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe, adapting scope as needed.
  • Guide customers through design sessions and configuration decisions aligned with best practices.
  • Support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring smooth migration from legacy systems to Workday.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, including shadow assignments.
  • Actively participate in update training and share knowledge internally.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience with Workday Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of design, configuration, and implementation processes.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote settings.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with other ERP Financials systems.
  • Background in financial services or consulting.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
