Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of the Workday Financial system and ensure its continuous operation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide end-user support.
• Perform regular system updates and implement new features and modules.
• Configure system settings to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain advanced financial reports and analyses.
• Provide end-user training and produce system documentation.
• Develop procedures and manuals for the Workday Finance system.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimize finance business processes.
• Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience working with the Workday system, specifically in the financial area.
• Workday Financial certifications will be a plus.
• Experience in finance system maintenance, user support, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with Workday Finance implementation projects is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday Finance modules such as Accounting, Assets, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, Grants Management, or Financial Planning.
• Familiarity with system configuration, data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting tools (advanced reporting, composite reporting).
• Knowledge of tools and technologies that support the automation of finance processes.
• Ability to analyze and optimize finance business processes.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under time pressure.
