• Lead end-to-end integration efforts for Workday Finance implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Design scalable, compliant solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations using third-party tools (Mulesoft or Jitterbit), APIs, file transfers, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers to ensure quality delivery.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within the technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of integration tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, SOAP/REST Web Services, XML/XSLT.
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Jitterbit) and API management.
• Experience with Java or .Net.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL or other RDBM languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
