responsibilities :

• Configure and maintain Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Recruiting).
• Build and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Develop custom reports and calculated fields.
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes.
• Manage security roles and permissions within Workday.
• Partner with HR and IT on Workday projects and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions.
• High independence, proactivity, and responsibility for the tasks performed.
• Adept at managing concurrent projects and meeting their respective deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in developing, supporting and troubleshooting HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Integrations (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio).
• Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Training skills for HR staff on HRIS usage.
• Adaptable and open to occasional time zone adjustments.
• Fluent in English.
