We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer to join a project focused on improving people processes through digital Workday solutions. The role combines hands-on configuration, operational support and close collaboration with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Workday Developer

Your responsibilities

• Support and improve people processes using Workday solutions
• Design, configure and enhance Workday in a structured and hands-on manner
• Support daily operations, including system configuration, user administration, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Collaborate closely with team members, demonstrating a strong teamwork mindset
• Translate business needs into effective Workday configurations and solutions
• Contribute to continuous system improvements and simplification of ways of working
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge base content
• Configure, test and deploy Workday solutions
• Prepare test cases and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality delivery

Our requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience with Workday (HCM or other domains) or equivalent practical skills
• Experience supporting Workday users in day-to-day operations
• Strong understanding of Workday configuration and deployment processes
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
• Experience with testing, validation and release activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
