requirements-expected :
Bring 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience as an AMS or implementation consultant, with deep knowledge of modules, functionality, and best practices.
Hold Workday Pro certifications in at least three modules ideally HCM Core, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting and have experience integrating Workday with external HR, time tracking, and payroll systems.
Demonstrate strong technical skills in troubleshooting, workflow configuration, and data management, paired with a solid grasp of HRM processes.
Communicate confidently in English (B2+), with German as a plus, and excel at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Manage multiple priorities with ease, stay ahead of Workday updates and trends, and bring a client-focused mindset to every challenge.
