Workday Consultant

For our client, a global investment organisation headquartered in Stockholm, we are looking for a Workday Consultant. We are seeking a candidate with
Over 2 years of experience as a Workday Consultant with a good knowledge of Workday HCM.
The position is hybrid, based in Warsaw (at least 2 days in the office) under a B2B contract.
The start date is April 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, update, and maintain Workday business processes
- Provide day-to-day support by handling workday-related tickets
- Create and edit reports with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to improve system functionality
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Stay updated on Workday best practices and system updates
Qualifications & Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience working with Workday
- Good knowledge of Workday HCM
- Experience in systems administration or relevant technical experience
- Workday certifications are a plus, but not required
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and presenting solutions
- Experience with other HR or ERP systems is a plus, but not require
