USPI WORK & DOCUMENTS – a direct employer with over 10 years of experience. We offer legal employment at a proven poultry factory with good working conditions and positive feedback from employees. The plant is located about 30 km from Bydgoszcz towards Koronowo (this is not DROBEX). Work is available for women, men, and couples. Experience is welcome but not required. Candidates with experience may be assigned to specific tasks with higher pay rates.

Obowiązki

• Women:
• Filleting (separating meat from bones)
• Poultry processing
• Packing finished products
• Men:
• Loading and weighing products (22 PLN/hour)
• Poultry processing (22 PLN/hour)
• Hanging poultry on the production line (25 PLN/hour)
• Cleaning the production hall with a pressure washer (200 PLN/shift = approx. 25 PLN/hour)

Wymagania

• Age up to 55
• Readiness for physical work in a shift system
• Motivation and willingness to earn
• Polish language is not required
• Experience is not required

Oferujemy

• Hourly pay: 22–25 PLN net/hour depending on process
• Monthly workload: 250–330 hours
• Only day shifts (starting at 03:00, 05:00, or 06:00 – decided by supervisor)
• 12-hour workday
• Sundays off, shorter day on Saturday (for workers living in Bydgoszcz – Saturday off)
• Accommodation: 750 PLN/month (deducted from salary), 2–3 people per room, couples together
• Free hot meals twice a day + coffee and tea
• Large canteen on site
• Free work clothing, washed daily by employer
• Salary paid monthly, always on time + possibility of advance payments
• Official contract (umowa zlecenie) + full social insurance (ZUS)
• Possibility to apply for a residence card and other legalization documents (free for employees)
• Full support from coordinators

• Sanitary-epidemiological test (for salmonella) – 200 PLN, result ready in 4–5 days (during this time free accommodation in a hostel in Bydgoszcz is provided)
• Medical examination – 180 PLN (deducted once from the first salary)
