WordPress Developer

Form of employment: Full-time employment contract or B2B contract

Hybrid working: 3 days from the office, 2 days from home or remote (for B2B)

Office location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement new website pages and ensure all pages are fully responsive and provide a seamless experience across all devices.
• Develop and optimize website front-end, including performance and load times testing (caching, image optimization, minimizing code, etc) and monitoring using tools like Google Analytics and PageSpeed Insights.
• Update Existing Pages: Regularly update and maintain current website pages, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
• Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or bugs on the website.
• Develop new features and functionalities as required.
• Software Updates: Keep WordPress core, themes, and plugins up-to-date for security and functionality
• Provide technical support to internal users and resolve any website-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on how to use WordPress effectively.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in WordPress development.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Understanding of web hosting and domain management.
• Knowledge of website optimization techniques.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Ability to use analytics tools to track and report on website performance such as GA4.
• Knowledge of web hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificates.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
