Your tasks

● Spearhead and drive operational support and execution.

● Understand and communicate customer business requirements

● Drive standardization and centralization of business and system processes

● Own development of business processes through collaboration with Execution and Tech platform

● Jointly define and own our E2E business processes with Execution team

● Support the development of improvements by leveraging system functionality

● Ensure the operational platform remains up-to-date based on required improvements

● Assess business and customer needs to identify system requirements

● Prioritize, plan, test, and implement new system release and developments.

● Provide system training and user support.

● Ensure processes are properly documented, stored and shared to business unit through the creation of SOPs/IOPs

● Responsible for process governance and adherence to defined standard operating processes

● Assist in potential customer presentations on all applications.
