Procurement Transformation & Integration Manager

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations within an ERP-driven enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to work at the intersection of business processes, ERP, WMS, and planning systems
  • Experience operating in complex, highly integrated system landscapes with multiple interfaces and dependencies
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with enterprise project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Structured, analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complex operational challenges
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of engaging operational users, process owners, and IT teams
  • Collaborative team player experienced in cross-functional and multi-country environments

Warehouse (ERP & WMS) Context

  • Strong functional knowledge of warehouse processes supported by ERP and WMS solutions, including:
  • Inbound: ASN processing, receiving, quality inspections, and put-away strategies
  • Outbound: Picking strategies (wave, batch, zone), packing, staging, and shipping
  • Solid understanding of system-driven inventory control, including:
  • Stock accuracy, cycle counting, and reconciliation
  • Lot/batch, serial number, and expiry date management
  • Inventory availability, reservations, and ATP logic
  • Ability to translate warehouse operational requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and exception-handling scenarios
  • Experience analyzing and improving warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipment, picking productivity, and dock-to-stock time

Scheduling & Planning (ERP / APS / MRP)

  • Strong understanding of planning and scheduling concepts within ERP and planning tools, including:
  • Demand and supply balancing
  • MRP-driven planning logic
  • Capacity, calendar, and constraint-based planning
  • Ability to analyze, document, and validate scheduling rules, priorities, planning parameters, and system dependencies
  • Understanding of critical master data for scheduling, including calendars, working times, lead times, safety parameters, capacities, routings, and resources
  • Experience defining and tracking scheduling KPIs such as schedule adherence, throughput, backlog, capacity utilization, and plan stability

Integration, Testing & Go‑Live Support

  • Experience working in integrated ERP environments with interfaces to WMS, MES, and planning systems
  • Strong ability to assess upstream and downstream impacts of process or configuration changes
  • Hands‑on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and hypercare support for warehouse and planning operations
  • Strong focus on business continuity, operational stability, and user adoption during system deployments Day-rate Contract
