On behalf of Wisor.AI, SD Solutions is looking for a high-caliberBusiness Development Representative located in Europe, preferably with proven experience in the Freight industry. You understand the complexity of logistics operations, how forwarders think, how decisions are made, and what real business pain looks like. Your mission: open doors, generate a qualified pipeline, and accelerate Wisor’s growth across the region.

This is a high-impact role-you’ll act as the first point of contact with the market, leveraging your Freight knowledge to build trust immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and nurture a robust outbound pipeline across Northern Europe.
  • Leverage Amplemarket and other prospecting tools to run high-performance outbound sequences.
  • Conduct daily outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers (C-level, Ops, Pricing, Digitalization teams).
  • Run structured qualification calls (MEDDIC / BANT preferred).
  • Understand freight workflows deeply - pricing, quoting, procurement, and operations.
  • Quickly diagnose prospect needs and articulate Wisor’s value clearly.
  • Work closely with the AE team to pass opportunities seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound messaging and regional campaigns.
  • Provide frontline intelligence on market trends, objections, and competitor movements.
  • Use Amplemarket, CRM (HubSpot), and enrichment tools with discipline.
  • Maintain accurate activity, conversion, and pipeline reporting.
  • Follow data-driven outreach strategies and continuously experiment to improve results.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in a BDR / SDR / sales role within the freight or logistics industry.
  • Deep understanding of freight forwarding, quoting, procurement, and operations.
  • Successful track record of generating pipeline and hitting outbound KPIs.
  • Strong experience using Amplemarket or similar outbound automation tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Hunter mentality - disciplined, persistent, competitive.
  • High operational rigor and ability to manage large outreach volumes.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and ability to build rapport with freight leaders.
  • Self-starter with the grit to work independently and own your regional targets.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
