Our blue chip client based in Warsaw is looking for experienced Windows Server Engineers. This is a B2B contract initially for 6 months with good potential for extensions.

Initially, this role is on-site for the first period (1-2 months) and then 70% remotely.

The rate is 250 euro per day.

Due to potential access to secret information, successful candidates need to be eligible for EU Secret clearance.

Essential skills & experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Microsoft Windows Administrator versions 2016 or higher.
• Minimum 4 years experience with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and hybrid Cloud integration.
• Works unassisted and guides junior staff.
• Writes specifications, concept documents, end user and technical documentation; communicates effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters.
• A valid Microsoft certification confirming experience with Windows Server solutions.
• A valid Microsoft certification confirming experience with Windows Azure cloud solution.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree.

Nice to have skills and experience:

• Good knowledge of Windows services such as AD, DFS, RDS, GPO.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with proficiency in automating Windows Server and tasks simplification (Powershell).
• Knowledge of network protocols: SMTP, NTP, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, PKI/CA.
• Hands-on experience in networking, security and system services for MS Windows Server OS.
• Exposure to virtualized infrastructure, such as VMware ESXi or Nutanix.
• Experience in ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow) and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes.
