Job Description

• Administration of Windows Server operating systems and services.
• Providing 2nd line support and coordinating with 3rd line of support.
• Problem definition, analysis and resolution: diagnosis of software and hardware problems.
• Collaborating closely with other teams in the Digital Unit (infra, networks, IAM, Cybersecurity, etc.)
• Developing and implementing best practices for Windows services and processes.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for operational processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Supporting development teams across our growing development, UAT, and production environments in the Windows services and processes.
• Handle all other duties as assigned by the clients Contract Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Microsoft Windows Administrator versions 2016 or higher
• Minimum 4 years experience with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and hybrid Cloud
  integration.
• A valid Microsoft certification - confirming experience with Windows Server solutions.
• A valid Microsoft certification - confirming experience with Windows Azure cloud solution.
• Works unassisted and guides junior staff.
• Writes specifications, concept documents, end user and technical documentation; communicates
  effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters
• Good knowledge of Windows services such as AD, DFS, RDS, and GPO.
• Good knowledge of network protocols: SMTP, NTP, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, PKI/CA
• Hands-on experience in networking, security and system services for MS Windows Server OS
• Exposure to virtualized infrastructure, such as Vmware ESXi or Nutanix 6,6.
• Experience in ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow) and ITIL-based change management,
  configuration management and release management processes.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with proficiency in automating Windows Server and tasks
  simplification (Powershell).

• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks
• Sense of initiative and responsibility for the assigned areas of work
